The Samsung 65" WAF Interactive Display turns a classroom or meeting room into a shared workspace. The 65-inch 4K touchscreen reads up to 40 points of contact at once, and EDLA certification means Google Workspace, Chrome and the Play Store run on the screen itself with no computer attached.

65-inch 4K UHD IPS touchscreen

At 65 inches, 4K resolution keeps normal text readable from the back of a classroom or across a conference table. The IPS panel holds colour and contrast at 178° in both directions, so people sitting at the sides see the same picture as the person standing at the board. A 25% haze finish cuts reflections from overhead lighting.

EDLA certified, running Android 14

EDLA is Google's certification for interactive displays. It means Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Chrome, YouTube and the Play Store are licensed to run natively on this screen. Staff sign in with the accounts they already use. No PC, no dongle, no second login. The home screen is customisable, so a school can put the apps teachers actually use front and centre.

40-point touch with dual pen

Infrared touch tracks up to 40 contact points at the same time. The dual pen has a double-sided nib, so one person switches between two colours without picking up a second pen, and several people can write at once. Students can work in separate zones on the same screen.

One USB-C cable for a laptop

The 3-in-1 USB-C port carries video, touch control and up to 65W of power over a single cable. A presenter plugs in once: their screen appears, the touchscreen drives their laptop, and the laptop charges while they present. For rooms that need full Windows, the OPS slot takes a Windows module that slides into the back.

Wireless sharing

Staff and students cast from phones, tablets and laptops over Wi-Fi with no cable and no adapter. Useful in a classroom where a teacher moves between devices, or a meeting room where guests cannot plug into the network.

Mounting and installation

The display uses a 600 x 400 mm VESA pattern. At 79.8 lb it needs a wall mount or mobile stand rated for that weight and a two-person installation. No stand is included. The shipping carton weighs 95.20 lb and travels by freight on a pallet, so plan for liftgate delivery and someone on site to receive it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a computer connected to use it?
No. Android 14 runs on the display and EDLA certification gives you Google Workspace and the Play Store built in. Connect a laptop only when you need Windows software or your own files.

How many people can write at once?
Up to 40 touch points at the same time. The dual pen switches between two colours with a double-sided nib.

Is a stand included?
No. Samsung does not include a stand with this model. You need a wall mount or a mobile stand rated for at least 80 lb, with a 600 x 400 mm VESA pattern.

Can it run Windows?
Yes, with an OPS module. The slot is built in, the module is bought separately.

Does it support HDR?
No. This is a collaboration display, not a video wall. HDR is not supported.
